The central challenge

Contractors are usually sold websites, SEO, automation, and lead services as separate products. Homeowners do not experience those boundaries: they discover a company, decide whether to trust it, request an estimate, and expect a response. The public presence needed to explain that complete journey while keeping scope, ownership, and operating limits unusually clear.

Three connected decisions

POSITION / NARRATIVE / EXPERIENCE
01

Map the whole job journey

Discovery, trust, estimate request, acknowledgement, routing, follow-up, and review are presented as connected moments. Each service is judged by whether it removes friction between local intent and a real conversation.

02

Sell with visible boundaries

One-time website ownership, optional monthly systems, third-party costs, timelines, and non-guarantees are stated directly. Precision becomes part of the trust architecture.

03

Make the founder accountable

The offer is founder-led from research through launch. Direct access, a private demo before payment, and a named operating principle replace anonymous agency language.

The production frame
